Ordinarily I would be bummed about returning to a location for an IJA festival, given that one of the things I like about juggling is that if affords me the opportunity to travel to DIFFERENT places. However, Winston-Salem rocked the festival in 2007 and so folks wanted to see if the magic could be recreated in 2009. 2009 was a big year for me in several ways--I was workshops director for the first time as well as returning as the IJA Championships MC (last time being 2006). All in all, everything went smoothly. Lisa and I even found time to go see the latest Harry Potter film with the Sharpe Brothers and Luke Wilson. Definitely a memorable adventure in a week filled with great memories. Speaking of memories, see below for the full HLGCBS action
